This CS-35 power (current) stage module highlights:

Select the power Hexfets (GDS) or Mosfets (GSD) of your choice
L-mounted to heat sink, which is electrically separated from the PCB.
For supporting connected power supply 2x3 Ø12,5mm, pitch 5mm elco's fit.
Instead a pair of quality MKP capacitors fit, improving sound quality.
All resistors MOX 1%. In feedback circuits also better SMD types fit.
No output coil nor capacitor in the output line resulting in way better impulse and detail behaviour.
Gold plated beryllium copper header and 20A/4mm² screw connector.
One or two CS-35 + VS-5 modules fit on top of CS-35ps, sharing the same power supply.
Dimensions: 149x50mm, height depending on power Fets types used.

This CS-35 DIY module is the most compact current stage module we have in our program. It can make 30 -180Wrms, depending the power Fet types and supplied power voltages.

The shown Q6 MKP capacitors over the power rails are optional as some other parts are.

You can mount types you prefer and improve overall soundquality a bit.

Besides your possibility to select most parts quality yourself above,

you can choose from four types of Hexfets / Mosfets with different power curves:

ELTIM CS-35 HEX12 with rugged, 12A/200V Hexfets is our most cost effective version and

due to its high supply voltage specialised in high ohmic loads up to 140W @ 16ohms loads.

We also reccommend it to drive mid/high units in active systems, where a CS-35ps HEX23 drives the woofer.

ELTIM CS-35 HEX23 with rugged, 23A/100V Hexfets is our most cost effective version and

due to its high current capability it is specialised to drive low ohmic loads up to 130W @ 2ohms.

We also reccommend it to drive bass units in active systems, where a CS-35ps HEX12 drives the mid/tweeter.

Due to the Hexfet chareacteristics the max. allowed suppy voltage is ±50Vdc!

ELTIM CS-35 LEX08 with ultralinear EXICON 8A/200V lateral Mosfets. This is our fastest possible amp due to

ultra low gate capacitance and shortest possible PCB tracks. Snare drum, cymbals, etc. are amazing....

Works perfect as full range, but performs at best in active setups driving mid/high units.

In that case best use a ELTIM CS-35ps LEX16 to drive the woofer(s).

ELTIM CS-35 LEX16 with ultralinear EXICON 16A/200V lateral Mosfets. A very fast amp due to low gate capacitance.

Works perfect as full range, but also performs very well in active setups driving bass units.

A CS-35/VS-5 pack like this fits on top of a CS-35ps/VS-5 unit, making it a most compact 2- or 3-way

amplifier pack for f.e. active speakers, bridged mode, bi-amping or very small stereo setups.

The power supply part (180Wmax.) on the CS-35ps is feeding them all then, just connect a transformer:

For stereo applications use ELTIM CS-35 + ELTIM CS-35ps in the same quality.

For active 2-way applications best use a ELTIM CS-35 for mid/high and an ELTIM CS-35ps for bass.

CS-35 + VS-5 combination, it can be mounted on top of an ELTIM CS-35ps, using the same power supply.
