On our top model VCA-2181 even a relatively large 10uF/63V EVOX/RIFA capacitor as we offer is
the weakest chain. In order to be able to improve this situation we provide this VCAcap board.
In standard delivery there is a 10uF multilayer SMD mounted at the back and 2x 3-pole headers can be mounted.
This VCAcap board fits on top of the VCA-2181 module and is connected by these headers.
Instead of the signals flowing through the VCA capacitor, it now is flowing through a pair
of serious sized input capacitors. Don't forget to remove the 10uF SMD at the back of VCA-2181 !
We mount NO capacitors on VCAcap, select the ones you think is best for you.

Regular, long shaped capacitors like Mundorf Supreme, etc. up to Ø33x90mm

Short, thick shaped capacitors in size up to Ø62x43mm, axial mounted

Short, thick shaped capacitors (f.e. Mundorf EVO) in size up to Ø50mm, radial mounted
